G’day, mate! I just got back from my trip from Sydney and also from my major hiatus from the blogging world. I got really busy after my European trip late last year that I was not able to keep up with beauty blogging. I was about to abandon my blog, but then I realized even though I stopped posting for a long time I still got readers viewing some of my skincare reviews– so I think that’s a reason enough to continue blogging.
Summer is already here in the Philippines and I just got run out of my Biore sunscreen, so yeah I need to get a new one. I have been loyal to Biore for the past years so maybe it’s time to try out other sunscreens out in the market.

This sunscreen contains denatured alcohol which can be irritating to the skin. If you have sensitive skin you might need to watch out for any irritations/reactions with this sunscreen.
Packaging: This comes in a nice little pastel yellow tube, which can be convenient in controlling of the amount of sunscreen to be dispensed. However, for a sunscreen, I find the amount of product in this tube too little for my consumption. I use sunscreen every day for my face and neck, and 35 ml of the product may not last that long for me.
Scent: It has a faint sweet fruity / ginseng-ish smell that quickly fades away after absorbed into the skin.
Performance/ Texture: The sunscreen has a whitish creamy consistency like the usual sunscreen but it quickly dries into a transparent shiny but non-greasy finish that doesn’t leave any white casts. It sits nicely under foundation and powder and blends well with my makeup. True to its claims this sunscreen provides moisturizing and soothing effect thanks to the snail mucin content. If you’re fond of snail secretion filtrate, I’m sure you’re gonna love this product. I even tried this sunscreen during my trip to Sydney and yeah I think it performed well that my sister loved it so much.
Price/Availability: You can purchase this on online K-beauty stores for 16 USD (834 PHP)I think it’s cheaper if you buy this with the Shield fit All Green Comfort Sun, however, the reviews with the All Green Comfort Sun are not that good, so I think I’m going to pass on that one.
Verdict: I think it’s a good chemical sunscreen given that it also moisturizes and doesn’t leave white casts. Repurchase? Yes, I already did buy another tube of this sunscreen for my sister!
